Hey all, Tim again. I guess word is getting around about my diploma review blog. I’ve mentioned my name to a few companies while conducting some research, and found that I was treated a little too above-and-beyond. The last thing I want to do is to make a biased or otherwise unfair review, so I asked my friends Mark and Taylor to do a little research this weekend. Mark came across http://www.buydiplomas8.com, and was very unimpressed with his overall experience. Here’s his BuyDiplomas8 Review.

I perused the Internet a bit today, looking for a high quality place to buy a replacement high school diploma as I have lost mine from the 1970s. I stumbled upon http://www.buydiplomas8.com, and was thoroughly unimpressed. I decided not to order from them, for the following reasons.
This site does offer GEDs and High School Diplomas, as well as College Diplomas and other International Degrees. I got multiple error screens as I tried to get more information on all of these types of diplomas. When I clicked on “America” from their home screen, I did see pictures of different styles and options they offer for replacement diplomas, and when I pulled each one up, the quality looks fine. Some are definitely better than others. The worst I saw was for the “Nation University of USA.” Yeah. Overall, I found an unimpressive assortment to choose from, and I’ve definitely seen better quality on other sites. But it gets worse, folks.
I contacted their customer service department via Skype, as instructed on their website. Skype told me the username is registered in Shenzhen, China. I first contacted them at 2:30pm on a Wednesday. What time is it in China when it is 2:30pm in California? After waiting for an hour with no response, I gave up and moved on. Other than Skype, the only other way to contact them with questions is through email. I feel like the business of replacement diplomas is a time-sensitive one. Available and reliable customer service is very important for a business like this, and I’m just not seeing them come through here.
The content is awful on this site. It is written in broken English, and I had a hard time piecing it together. I realize the company operates out of China, but they offer shipping to the US, Canada, England, Australia, and other English speaking countries. They also offer shipping to France, but there is no way to switch all of their content over to French. If I lived in France, I would be even more upset!
In addition, if it operates internationally, should I buy from them? Should I trust them? Is buying a diploma from a company in China a good thing for me to do? Overall, I’m not getting a good feeling about this.
Again, the website seems very choppy, and is written in terrible English. It takes great imagination to make sense of the FAQ’s. I’m sorry but it’s laughable. A website full of disjointed and random phrases and sentences doesn’t make me invest confidence, and definitely isn’t making me want to place an order through this company.
I see that they accept Western Union and Paypal, but for the life of me I can’t see where to actually place an order. Come on!
Thanks for listening to me rant, folks! This concludes my BuyDiplomas8 Review! Even if I wouldn’t recommend this site, John’s suggestions and reviews are highly accurate, and I would advise to pick from his list.
