Hey everyone! Today I’m reviewing http://www.diplomareplacementservice.com for my buddy Tim. I’m in the market for a replacement college diploma, and thought I’d help him out by writing a review while I shop.
This website offers a variety of products: replacement diplomas, wallet sized laminated documents, and novelty transcripts; overall, similar to competitors. They use raised seals and can accommodate most specific requests. My biggest issue here is that there are no pictures on this site of examples of what their products look like. This didn’t make me feel very good about the quality of products I would be ordering. Then I thought to myself, “wouldn’t it be nice if I could chat with someone to ask them about their products, how they manufacture them, and other questions to calm my wandering mind?” Which brings me to my next point:
There is nowhere on this site for instant customer service, via chat or phone. I’m finding that such a thing is hard to find on diploma replacement sites. (Note: my favorite diploma replacement site for fast, friendly, and easy customer support is through diplomacompany.com- check them out). Diplomareplacementservice.com offers contact via email. Great if you have time for them to respond. If you can afford that kind of time.
They do offer a rush service, offering a 24-hour turnaround. Seems pretty good to me, competing with other similar rush diploma companies.
Their website is not bad, but not great. I’ve definitely seen worse. My biggest qualms would be their lack of pictures of real products offered and their lack of instant customer support, as explained above. You place an order by emailing them a list of required information, and hope it all goes through. Personal preference, but I do usually prefer a shopping cart checkout with required fields. To each their own.
Overall, I didn’t trust them enough to place an order. Instead, I went with another reputable competitor.
They accept all kinds of payment imaginable, very convenient if you go with them.
In conclusion, http://www.diplomareplacementservice.com isn’t terrible but nothing to write home about. In the end, I went with another company and was very pleased.
